      陶瓷微球因其所特有的陶瓷体系及中空结构,可以广泛应用于微电子、催化、药物载体、引脚线、隔热填料等领域。本文在纯水相体系中,通过球形胶束、囊泡、陶瓷基空心胶束等技术,一步合成了氧化硅陶瓷基空心微球,具备纳米、亚微米级尺寸、中空结构特性,孔壁厚度在70nm左右,空心率极高。所制备的空心微球有别于市售玻璃微珠和陶瓷微珠,具备陶瓷基孔壁结构、亲和性等特性,合成过程中无有机溶剂引入,能够满足工程化量产。

      Because of its unique ceramic system and hollow structure, ceramic microspheres can be widely used in microelectronics, catalysis, drug carrier, lead wire, heat insulation filler and other fields. In this paper, using ethyl teosilicate, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide and OP-10 emulsifier as the main raw materials, in pure water phase system, silica ceramic hollow spheres were synthesized by spherical micelle reaction in one step, with nano and sub-micron size, hollow structure, and hole wall thickness of about 70nm. The material is different from the commercially available glass microbeads and ceramic microbeads, with ceramic substrate wall structure, affinity and other characteristics, no organic solvents in the synthesis process, can meet the engineering mass production.
