Because of its unique ceramic system and hollow structure, ceramic microspheres can be widely used in microelectronics, catalysis, drug carrier, lead wire, heat insulation filler and other fields. In this paper, using ethyl teosilicate, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide and OP-10 emulsifier as the main raw materials, in pure water phase system, silica ceramic hollow spheres were synthesized by spherical micelle reaction in one step, with nano and sub-micron size, hollow structure, and hole wall thickness of about 70nm. The material is different from the commercially available glass microbeads and ceramic microbeads, with ceramic substrate wall structure, affinity and other characteristics, no organic solvents in the synthesis process, can meet the engineering mass production. |
