The ternary laminated structure ceramics materials were mainly Mn+1AXn phase. The ternary laminated structure MAX phase ceramics materials exhibited the property of metals and the property of ceramics. The ternary laminated structure MAX phase ceramics materials exhibited high mechanical property, excellent wear resistance and excellent corrosion resistance, and excellent high temperature oxidation resistance, and exhibited excellent machinability. The ternary laminated structure MAX phase ceramics materials mainly included Ti3SiC2, Ti4SiC3, Ti3AlC2, Ti2AlC, Ti4AlN3 and Ti2AlN. In this paper, the fabrication technology, phase composition, microstructure, and mechanical property and wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance and other property of the ternary laminated structure MAX phase ceramics materials were mainly introduced. The research and development status, development trend of the ternary laminated structure MAX phase ceramics materials were introduced. The future research and development trend and development direction of the ternary laminated structure MAX phase ceramics materials were analyzed and predicted. |
