      提高废弃渣土和低品位原料在陶瓷生产的使用率是解决陶瓷原料短缺的重要途径。盾构施工产生的大量盾构渣土,但其较高的铁含量影响陶瓷制品的白度,故盾构泥不能直接用于陶瓷生产。本论文针对盾构泥铁含量过高的问题进行了详细的除铁技术研究。采用物理磁选除铁技术,盾构泥中的铁含量降低了26.64%,陶瓷的白度达到21.08%;利用0.5 mol/L草酸浸泡4 h的化学反应除铁技术,盾构泥中的铁含量降低了77.37%,陶瓷的白度达到31.43%。本研究为盾构泥及低品位原料的除铁技术提供了一些新思路。
英文摘要:
      Increasing the utilization rate of waste muck and low-grade raw materials in ceramic production is an important way to solve the shortage of ceramic raw materials. A large amount of shield muck is produced by the shield construction, but its high iron content will affect the whiteness of the ceramic products. Therefore, the shield mud cannot be used for the ceramic production directly. This work has carried out a detailed study of iron removal technology on the problem of excessive iron content in the shield mud. Using the iron removal technology of physical magnetic separation method, the iron content in the shield mud was reduced by 26.64%, and the whiteness of the ceramic reached 21.08%; Using the iron removal technology of chemical reaction method with the 0.5 mol/L oxalic acid soak for 4 h, the iron content in the shield mud was reduced by 77.37%, and the whiteness of the ceramic achieved 31.43%. This work provides some new ideas for the iron removal technology of shield mud and other low-grade raw materials.
