| The ceramic flat membrane has broad application prospects in the field of membrane water treatment，owing to their unique characteristics like high filtration accuracy, good chemical stability, appropriate price and long service life. What's more, it can effectively solve the problems of poor reliability, short life and high operation cost of organic membrane materials. However, there are few researches on the preparation and application of ceramic flat membrane in domestic, further exploitation work oriented to industrialization and engineering is extremely scarce, resulting in poor quality control of ceramic flat membrane. There is also less concern for sintering process in domestic which cannot be neglected factor to determine the final molding quality of ceramic flat film. In this work, the high purity α-Al2O3 and silica sol are used as the main raw materials to prepare slurry, and Alumina ceramic plate film was prepared by sintering after slurry was dip-coating and dried by the alumina support layer. Ceramic flat membrane exhibits optimal comprehensive performance under the preparation process of 1350 oC. |
