      储能电介质材料是制作脉冲功率电容器的核心材料,在脉冲功率电源、高功率电子器件、高能量密度武器、智能电网系统等基础科研和工程技术领域均有着广阔的前景。微晶玻璃具有很高的电击穿强度,是一类重要的电介质储能材料。本文在简要介绍储能电介质材料的性能评价参数及其相关物理意义的基础上,概述了微晶玻璃储能材料的主要制备方法及其优缺点,重点阐述了微晶玻璃储能材料的主要研究体系及其相关研究进展,最后探讨了微晶玻璃储能材料的未来发展方向及应用前景。
英文摘要:
      Energy storage dielectric material is the core material for making pulse power capacitor. It has broad prospects in basic scientific research and engineering technology fields such as pulse power supply, high-power electronic devices, high energy density weapons, smart grid system and so on. Glass ceramics is a kind of important energy storage dielectric materials because of its high electrical breakdown strength. Based on the brief introduction of the performance evaluation parameters of energy storage dielectric materials and their related physical significance, this paper summarizes the main preparation methods, advantages and disadvantages of glass-ceramic energy storage materials with focusing on their main research systems and related research progresses. Finally, the future development direction and application prospect of glass-ceramic energy storage materials are discussed.
