      采用冷等静压干法成型工艺,以工业煅烧微晶氧化铝粉、泾阳土替代国内行业普遍采用的矾土粉和章村土,对原料的物化性能、煅烧情况以及表面形貌进行了检测分析并制备了试品。通过对试品的机械、孔隙率、热震稳定性以及微观结构进行分析表明,替代后的试品经冷等静压成型,在合适的配比和烧成制度下,能够满足工艺要求,离散性小,其它各项性能也有明显的提高。

      Using isostatic cool pressing dry-process, microcrystalline alumina powder and Jingyang clay are used to replace bauxite powder and Zhangcun clay, which are widely used in domestic industry, the physical and chemical properties, calcination and surface morphology of the raw materials were tested and analyzed, and samples were made. Through the analysis of mechanical properties, porosity, thermal shock stability and microstructure of the sample, it is shown that the substitute sample can meet the technological requirements and has less discreteness with the right mix and firing system, other performance has also been significantly improved.
