| Using isostatic cool pressing dry-process, microcrystalline alumina powder and Jingyang clay are used to replace bauxite powder and Zhangcun clay, which are widely used in domestic industry, the physical and chemical properties, calcination and surface morphology of the raw materials were tested and analyzed, and samples were made. Through the analysis of mechanical properties, porosity, thermal shock stability and microstructure of the sample, it is shown that the substitute sample can meet the technological requirements and has less discreteness with the right mix and firing system, other performance has also been significantly improved. |
